Summer rewind, part 6!

The biggest thing we did when Lexi was here, was drive down to Brownsville and go to the Gladys-Porter Zoo.  I had never been, and it pointed us in a different direction than the trip to New Mexico and 2 trips to San Antonio earlier in the month.  Geez, we spent alot of gas in July!

Anyway, I have to say that we LOVED that place.  I am the world's biggest fan of the San Antonio Zoo, but Gladys Porter stole my heart! If you ever have the chance, PLEASE check it out.  I'll not bore everyone with all the animal pics, except for the teeny tiny sweet baby giraffe!!!

The rest of Lexi's visit, we relaxed at home because I had to babysit, and made a few trips to the beach.  One Friday evening, I did a secret photo shoot of the cousins together and later surprised my in-laws with beachy photo albums with the portraits.  Here's a few of my favorites from that shoot!
