11 months old!!

NO WAY! I took the pictures on time, and I am posting THE NEXT DAY!

I can't believe we're at 11 months old already!  My little man will be ONE next month!

First off, the stats.  He weighs in at 21.5 pounds... if you remember from his 9 month appointment, he weighed 18-something pounds.  So roughly 2-2.5 pounds... in TWO MONTHS.  I *think* he's around 29-30 inches tall, he doesn't sit still very long to measure him.

He's still crawling... across the floor, out the front door and down the sidewalk (in a blink!), up the stairs... he has no fear and he's determined to go.

He LOOOOOVES the water.  Several times he's tried to climb into the tub while it's filling before he's even undressed.  He's nearly off of bottles, and we're done with formula (it was his leading/choice, I just followed).  I think he's working on some new teeth, but his mouth is like a bear trap, and he won't let me in to see.  He eats ANYTHING and EVERYTHING in sight.  I can feed the boys lunch, then sit down to enjoy a sandwich, and here he comes.  He doesn't show any interest in walking or standing alone, even with a push toy.  I think he'll just take off walking one day without me really expecting it.

Personality wise, he's so funny.  He is turning into a clown.  He's a copycat- will shake his head no, nod yes, will "shhhh" after someone else, will clear his throat after someone else, will even fake laugh or cough if someone else is.  Of course Colton thinks this is a mighty fun game and it will go on several times a day!

Pictures are hard to get... he's a busy boy.  Anyhow, these showcase how much he's grown! I think because of his bald little head, I think of him still around 6-7 months old range... but he's nearly a year old.

he's also very inquisitive... and hates cute little baby shoes!
