Lengthy post with many photos...

The hours seem to tick by SO fast each and every day!
First of all, we threw Cody a birthday party for his 30th. It was great, his mom and sister helped me out with things.  We grilled burgers and hotdogs on the new grill I got Cody for his bday.  He said he had a great time. He really deserved time to kick back and relax, he works so hard for us!

Lexi (Cody's sister's daughter), Ray (Cody's dad), & Cody showin' off their "bubba" teeth... seems like the condition is heredity... my poor boys!

I spy a cake theif!

THEN, we headed up to San Antonio. My best friend- met Knippa Jr. High 6th grade- Jessi and her two sisters were all three graduating from UTSA this semester! We went up on Wednesday & Thursday, and the girls had me take some photos for them to mark the occasion.  We had a great time with pizza, games, movies, pancakes @ Ihop, and bowling with the boys (no one better than Jessi could have taken Colton).  We then had dinner with the Gagliardi's and other Knippians I hadn't seen in awhile.  Then we went to the graduation ceremony and headed home.

Then came Mother's Day! Before church the boys gave me the best gifts.  Colton picked out a darling pair of flower earrings from James Avery for me, and Cody got me the last charm I'd been wanting, also from James Avery, for my bracelet.  Now I just need to get them engraved and put on the bracelet.  We went to church and then came home. Cody had to go to bed because he worked the night before, as well as Sunday night.  So the boys and I headed out to a park after lunch.  It turned out to be a little hotter outside than I predicted, but we still had fun.  I had a little editing fun with one of the pics...

BIG brother!

little brother...

Colton took this photo of me, you can see my new earrings

lookin' down...

lookin' up... LOVE IT

this is Tyler's new smile... isn't it ADORABLE? He officially has 6 teeth, and I saw evidence of #7 this evening.  People always comment on how many teeth he has, they are super cute!

I just played around with this one, why the heck not?

After the park, the boys and I went home to watch a disney movie or two, then all four of us headed out to dinner in Corpus.  We ate at a restaraunt near the water, then walked down the seawall for a bit. The city of Corpus has built a splash park downtown so we let the boys splash around a bit until it was nearly dark out.  They both had a great time, and we plan on going back tomorrow, you know, during the daylight (and while school is still in session!).

Credit to the hubs for this pic of me, I like it, I'm usually BEHIND the camera!

Tyler a bit unsure of the splashing water...

Big bubba loved the place!

okay, phew! I think that gets you up to speed!!
