Because he had a rebuttal for EVERYTHING.

It is a GORGEOUS day today, and after the cold and wet weekend, Colton NEEDED out of the house. So about 1pm, we decided we'd stroll down to the police department (its a good mile- mile and a 1/4) and hop in the car when Daddy's on his way home. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get there.

Anyway, Cody was running late finishing up some reports so we were watching the kids in the skatepark.

Colton asked if he could go in there and skateboard. To which I told him that he was too little. Then he says "well that boy is ittle and in thewr"

And I said "well, we don't have your helmet and the rules say that you need a helmet to go in there" so he retorts "we can go home and get it and I can use it nest time"

So THEN I say "well, we don't even have a skateboard for you" so he responds with "well, mall-mart is RIGHT there by the new peace station and we can go BUY one... DUH!!!"


So THEN... I distracted him with a water thing that was like a shower for the sweaty skateboard boys!!!!

Too smart. Too smart!
