I FINALLY had a good appointment!!

I had another doctor's appointment yesterday! It was good news! My doctor was very pleased with my blood pressure numbers. So it looks like we're trucking on for September 3rd!

We also had an NST/Biophysical Profile Ultrasound- in other words, an ultrasound to check on the baby. He's doing great. Did all the movements, and had all the measurements he's supposed to have (he's still a week smaller, but its consistent since the beginning). He's weighing about 4 pounds, 4 ounces- which with my outrageous high BP, is a PRETTY good weight!

Now, I have to wait four more weeks for him... but I got everything done this week in case we'd be meeting him in 2 short weeks. But that's okay, I still can't wait!

Colton and I had a mini-conversation about breastfeeding, since he's very observant and inquisitive these days. I told him that at first, Tyler would drink milk from mom's boobs. He looked at me and says "but its not nice to stare at momma when you're naked".

I said, "No, you're right, but babies can drink milk from there, because they don't eat food like you. And when he's bigger, we'll put some milk in bottles for him."

So he replies with, "well. that's just gross, and I WILL NOT be doing that. I am NOT a baby... and that is just GROSS!!!"

I just laughed, and called my mom!!!
