So returning to blogging hasn't happened! However, considering this is my second night in a row to stay up late (YAY summer!) maybe boredome will take over, like it did tonight when I created what you're about to see.

Anyway, school is out, and I'm loving the free time with the boys. 

My first grader CRIED on the last day of school, he didn't want to leave.  Because his teacher is just THAT amazing.  My heart broke into a million pieces for him.  Anyway, he has grown leaps and bounds, emotionally, mentally, educationally, as well as physically!

He is reading and writing and figuring things out.  I just love him so and my heart swells with pride.

Feeling nostalgic and creative tonight, I created these little collages.  Look how fast he's grown.  Why are we children for such a short time?  I'm loving our newly re-gained independent life style- no more diaper bags and such, just fun with our family of four!

I can't believe my Tyler Ray can start pre-k this fall.  He turns 4 the day before school starts.  I am NOT ready.  His baby days have gone so much faster than Colton's, it seems.  Everyone is encouraging me to enroll him, so I guess we will give it a shot, we can always pull him out if he's too young.  Either start him this year and he be a whole year younger than everyone OR start him later and he will be a whole year older than his classmates!  eesh! I hope summer doesn't go by too fast!!!!
