We've been at a CC Hooks baseball game
(yes, I have my eyes closed!)
Tyler had a blast at the game!
Colton learned all about the rules and how to score- we think he'll be ready for t-ball when he turns 5 next year
We normally get tickets for the berm and bring our blanket and snacks, as we did this game. However, just during the first inning, KII-TV (channel 3) Sports Guy Alan Harwell, walked up to us and asked if we'd accept tickets to move behind home plate. The promotion is called "the move of the game"... of course we accepted the offer! It was so fun to sit right behind all the action. We were even on the jumbo screen accepting the offer!
We, well, Colton, had SeaCamp! He had a BLAST. This summer's focus was on reptiles. Each day he came home with a craft and TONS of facts! This is the only picture I have to commemorate the week, because moms weren't allowed!!
We also made a trip to the San Antonio Zoo on Father's Day- we had quite a group with us! My parents, Cody's sister & neice (Lynz & Lexi), my sister & her hubby, and our friend Jeff. (I think I got everyone) After the zoo, the four of us, Jeff, Lynz & Lexi met Cody's parents & family friends at Fuddrucker's for dinner. Despite how long it took to get our food.... it was a fun dinner!!
some obligatory cousins-bronze statue shots ;)
a silly shot of the Okapi with his tongue out!
My dad and Colton checkin' out the bears
My Tyler and me

This bear is so old, but it looks like she is smiling!
I promise Cody- and all those other people- were with us, but it was VERY HOT and I was sort of lazy with my camera. That think is very heavy to lug around!! *blushes*
After the zoo and dinner, we spent the night at Jeff & Sara's house- the boys went to bed, the older boys played video games (their favorite pasttime), and Sara and I watched girly Lifetime movies. The next morning we ate a yummy breakfast made by Sara, then we went out to the Witte Museum. That proved to not be a four year old's favorite place, but they had a cool dino exhibit going on.
After dinner, we did a little shopping, and built some bears, at North Star mall, ate at Cracker Barrel, then headed home.
Next up we have swimming lessons starting on the 28th, the fourth of July in Austin, finishing up swimming lessons, and Lexi is coming home with us for a week after the 4th. Then our 5th wedding anniversary is July 16th, Pre-K registration is August 4th, Tyler's party August 21st, and school starts August 23rd (I think). I'm glad July will be low-key, but maybe we'll squeeze a trip to Uvalde in there somewhere.
I also have TEN month photos to post, but will get to that later, I think the boys are ready for mom to cook dinner!

Seems like it's getting harder to blog now that summer's here! Not enough time for fun AND computers! Glad you updated! Cute pics - cuter boys! ;)
