Valentine's Day, we loaded up a few buckets and some snacks, and spent an hour or two at the beach. It was SUCH a pretty day. While there was a wait for the ferry, the beach wasn't too crowded. Tyler has been to the beach before, but all he did then was sleep. This time, he took in the sights and sounds. Colton loved it as usual, slinging sand, digging, and stomping down all the sea foam that was washing in. Even Sheila ran circles around the durango. She loves chasing those darn seagulls.

I know I took one for 2009, but can't find it! We attempt to do a shot just like this every year. Just think, one year, they'll be too big for mom and dad to hold in the photo. =(
