Me and the boys are off to Uvalde.
We're leaving Friday at 9am. Gonna stop in Devine to see my grandparents and my aunt (my mom's side), and have lunch with them. Then, we'll head off to Uvalde so we can see Uncle Logan, Cody's little brother, before he heads to work. We'll have dinner with Cody's parents Friday night then go to my parents' in Knippa and spend the night.
Saturday is one of my best friend's, Janel, baby shower! Isaiah is due Nov 4th. Other plans include horse riding, playing with kittens, wood working, BBQ, movies (love the cheap cost of the Uvalde Forum theatre- $4.75 for a movie ticket!!!) and of course, showing off the boys' at the grandparents' and friends' workplaces. =)
We will come home Tuesday morning. This is my first trip with both boys. Colton and I used to do this every couple of months. Its also the 'rango's first long distance trip. So we'll see how it does on gas. Not having too many expectations there though, its a beast.
I'm anxious about being away from Cody, he took care of me all summer then through my recovery. But we'll survive, and we'll have lots of fun with lots of friends and family so it will go by fast..
Hopefully Tuesday, Tyler's 8 week birthday, I'll have some good updates!
